Services, self-care and tools for Health Care Workers
York University Psychology Clinic – Free supportive counselling to health care workers and their families. Email yupc@yorku.ca – and indicate in the email what organization you work with. You will receive a short questionnaire asking for a few details about the issues you would like some assistance with and once this information is received – you will be assigned to a therapist who will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet/speak.
