Access Services at Four Villages

Every effort is made to register eligible clients to our practice. When our registration is full and we are unable to accept new clients, your name will be added to a wait list and we will provide you with information for various other resources in the community if necessary until space becomes available.

If you would like to make an appointment with one of our providers, please call our Intake Worker and the process will be explained - 416‐604‐0640

After Hours Care

If you see a doctor or nurse practitioner at Four Villages and have an urgent health concern that cannot wait until the clinic opens, you can call our after-hours phone service for medical advice.

After hours answering service:

One of our doctors will call back within 60 minutes to offer advice over the phone.

In an emergency go to your nearest hospital ER, or call 911.
