Our Programs
We offer group programs and workshops that can help you work toward better health with a focus on:
- nutrition, healthy eating, and access to healthy and affordable food
- pain management, rehabilitation and getting active
- maternal health, early identification of any possible health or social challenges for children, and early child development
- mental health and addictions, recovery and wellness
Some of the programs we run include yoga for older adults, workshops on healthy cooking and eating, fitness programs focusing on strength and flexibility for adults and older adults, mom and baby programs, and mental health programs like mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and expressive art therapy.
We hold programs at our Bloor Site (1700 Bloor Street West), Dundas Site (3446 Dundas Street West) and at other locations in the community.
