Need Care Over the Holidays?

Some holiday closures are approaching and we want to ensure you know how to access the health care you need during these times. Our clinic will be closed on Monday December 25th, Tuesday December 26th and Monday January 1st.

For clients who see a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner with us, our after-hours service remains available at 416-604-0640.

1. Virtual Care Clinics 

Regional virtual urgent care programs offering coverage by nurse practitioners are available for those without a primary care clinician or for those unable to reach their clinician (please check websites for hours and availability)

2. Health811 Service 

For non-urgent health inquiries and questions including those regarding respiratory illnesses, Ontarians can access Health811 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

After Hours Care

If you see a doctor or nurse practitioner at Four Villages and have an urgent health concern that cannot wait until the clinic opens, you can call our after-hours phone service for medical advice.

One of our doctors will call back within 60 minutes to offer advice over the phone.

In an emergency go to your nearest hospital ER, or call 911.
