Karine Baser
Board member; Vice-Chair, Community Engagement Committee and member of the Quality Committee
As a Board Member she holds the positions of Vice-Chair for the Community Engagement committee and member of the Quality committee. She currently works as a Quality Improvement Program Manager at Health Quality Ontario and has extensive experience in the health care sector within management and strategy roles at the LHIN, and within community and acute care settings.

Adnaan Bhyat
Board Director; Nominating Committee Member; Quality Committee Member
Adnaan joined The Four Villages Board of Directors in 2019 and contributes as a member of both the Nominating and Quality Committees. He currently works for Medtronic, Canada’s Integrated Health Solutions team as a consultant, supporting large scale hospital projects across the country. Previous to Medtronic, Adnaan specialized in Quality, Process Improvement, and Strategic Planning in hospitals in the Toronto Area. He has been working in the healthcare field for over ten years and has deep interest in and involvement in system strategy, technology, and change management in the sector.

Rachel Conway
Board Vice-Chair; Chair, Governance & Policy Committee and member of the Finance Committee
Rachel is the Vice-Chair of the Board and a member of the Governance & Policy committee and the Finance committee. Joining the Board of Four Villages has provided Rachel with the opportunity to contribute her skills to an organization that seeks to improve the lives of those in her community. The holistic approach to health care, delivered through an equity lens and with a focus on prevention, greatly appeals to Rachel and she is excited for the future of Four Villages.

Rob Crawford
Board Member; Member of the Quality and Joint Advisory Committees
Rob is a member of the Quality and Joint Advisory committees on the Board at Four Villages. He has a long and successful track record of providing evidence-informed consulting services to the healthcare sector in Canada. For twenty years, Rob has been working with a wide range of clients, including LHINs, community-based providers, regional health authorities, teaching and community hospitals and governments, focusing in areas such as strategic systems-based planning...

Lisa Dess
Board Member; Chair, Quality Committee and member of the Finance Committee
Lisa holds positions as Chair of the Quality Committee and member of Finance Committee. She has been a member of the Four Villages Board of Directors since 2014 and has served as an external member of Quality Committee since 2013/14.

Sarah Doucette
Board Director; Community Engagement Committee Member
Sarah is a member of the Community Engagement Committee on the Board of Directors at Four Villages.

Simon Hagens
Board Chair; Member of the Joint Advisory Committee
Simon is Chair of the Board of Directors at Four Villages and a member of the Joint Advisory committee. He currently works as Group Director of Performance Analytics for Canada Health Infoway, leading work to measure and optimize digital health progress and impacts. From this work, Simon brings experience in evaluation, project management, risk management, strategic planning and quantitative and qualitative analyses of community needs.

Martha Lowrie
Board Secretary; Chair, Nominating Committee; Chair, Community Engagement Committee and member of the Joint Advisory Committee
Martha is Board Secretary, Chair of the Nominating committee and a member of the Community Engagement and Joint Advisory committees. She is an experienced Marketing and Communications professional in integrated communications, advertising and public affairs programs locally, nationally and internationally.

Trish MacPherson
Board Member; Member of the Governance & Policy, Finance and Community Engagement Committees
As a Board member, Trish serves on the Governance & Policy, Finance and Community Engagement Committees.

As a Board member, Danielle serves on the Nominating and Quality committees. She currently works as a Director of Sub Region Planning and Integration for the Central West LHIN and oversees the Brampton Sub-Region and subject matter expert for the seniors’ portfolio.

Helen Moroz

Four Villages recognizes the importance of involving our clients in our work. To ensure we incorporate our clients’ voices, we have established a Client Advisory Council that meets quarterly to review and provide feedback on specific topics regarding Four Villages.
