Celebrating 30 Years of Serving Our Communities
We are proud to be celebrating 30 years of serving our West End communities.
We opened our doors to clients in 1991 as the Frank O’Leary Community Health Centre and in 1992 changed our name to “The Four Villages Community Health Centre” to reflect the communities we serve: Roncesvalles, Junction, Bloor West, and Swansea.
As we continued to grow, we recognized a need to increase access to community care and services to those living in the Gooch, Cooper Mills, north High Park and the Junction neighbourhoods.
In February 2010, Four Villages Dundas site opened and through our two locations we are pleased to have been able to serve this community for 30 years.
