An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 2, 2024

This 6 week in-person nutrition program is for women 50 and over. The program encourages participants to eat more vegetables and fruit through hands-on food preparation, tips on healthy snacks, and recipe ideas.
