Administrative Assistant

Permanent, Full-Time
Reporting to the Director, Programs and Community Initiatives and as an integral part of the administration team, this position provides administrative support with a wide range of tasks to the Director, Clinical Services and Director, Programs and Community Initiatives. A systems perspective, continuous attention to details, timelines and flexibility are essential to the success of this position.

The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Directors, the management and the
administrative team. The position also assists with supporting clinical and program teams and
working groups overseen by the Directors and ensures that the administrative needs of the
organization are met efficiently and effectively. Areas of accountability include, but are not limited
to, providing general and administrative support to the Directors, internal committees and working
groups.

Dietitian

Contract, Part-Time
As an integral part of the inter-professional team, this position provides nutrition education to individuals and groups as well as nutrition consultation to staff, students and volunteers of Four Villages. The Dietitian works in partnership with the management team and Four Villages’ staff to support the vision and mission and to ensure that organizational accountability systems are implemented. This is a unionized position.

Relief Receptionist

On-Call Basis, Immediately
The Receptionist/Secretary is an integral part of both the team at Four Villages. This position works in a fast paced environment to ensure that client’s needs for access to services and programs are met efficiently and effectively, manages client flow within the facility and provides support to the clinical and non-clinical teams. This position is on-call basis and does not guarantee minimum hours per month. This job is suited for those who are looking for long term casual job but will NOT be suited for those who are looking for summer job.

If you see a doctor or nurse practitioner at Four Villages and have an urgent health concern that cannot wait until the clinic opens, you can call our after-hours phone service for medical advice.

After hours answering service:

One of our doctors will call back within 60 minutes to offer advice over the phone.

In an emergency go to your nearest hospital ER, or call 911.
