You can support our work by making a donation to The Four Villages Community Health Centre

We value every gift. No matter how small, any amount would be greatly appreciated.

Your donation will help us provide assistance and enhanced support to a number of our programs.

As a registered charity, we will issue tax receipts for all donations over $10. To ensure correct mailing of the tax receipts, please clearly indicate, with your donation, your name, mailing address with postal code and telephone number.
